Disha : Fine. Where are you going now?
Tisha : I am going to take my physical exercise. Don’t you take physical exercise?
Disha : I don’t take physical exercise. I don’t like it.
Tisha : Don’t you know the importance of physical exercise? It keeps our body fit and save us from many diseases.
Disha : Oh, really! How does it keep our body fit and save us from diseases?
Tisha : Physical exercise strengthens the tissues, builds up the muscle, stimulates blood circulation, tones up the digestive system. By doing all of these, it keeps our body fit and saves us from diseases.
Disha : Oh I see. Now I understand. From now, I will do it everyday.
Tisha : That’s good.
